1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • The original packaging is intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items from Collaboration Releases (e.g., Patta x Rapha)
  • Items marked as Apparel Deals or Footwear Deals
  • Any customized or personalized items
  • Footwear Cleaner products for hygiene reasons

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the following template:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days if approved.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
  • If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

5. International Returns

For customers outside the Netherlands:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • We cannot refund any original customs fees you paid on the order
